FRIED CHICKEN

You'll Need:

one 2-3 pound chicken, cut into serving pieces
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup white vinegar
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup water
1 cup cooking oil

Here's How:

Cook chicken in vinegar, water, garlic, salt and pepper until almost done.
Drain off liquid.
Deep fry chicken in oil until brown.
Drain chicken.
