Asadong Manok / Marinated Chicken Stew Recipe

You'll Need:

one 2-pound chicken, cut into serving pieces
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in a little water

MARINADE:

1/4 cup soy sauce


Here's How:

Combine all the marinade ingredients, and marinate the chicken in the mixture for an hour in a large pot.
Cover the pot and simmer gently for an hour until meat is tender.
